Interview
There were a couple of interviews before I received a job offer. There are three rounds of the hiring process. Round 1 = Answer six essay questions. Round 2 = Live chat w/ members of the hiring team and answer 12 more essay questions. Round 3 = Live interview with the Camp Director, Randy. The process is challenging and asks you to reflect a lot on your values and core beliefs. You will know without a doubt if Augusta is a good fit for you if you answer the questions honestly.
