Interview
Different from any interview you’ve ever done. Not behind a desk. It’s outside, it’s action-packed, its fun, it’s team building, and it’s amazing. It’s an all day affair because they want to see how you interact with a team and want a mixed about of people who are introverts and extroverts, leaders and followers. BE YOURSELF. Don’t be nervous - these people are some of the nicest people in the world.

Interview
Smooth, welcoming and friendly. Pay is reasonable for a summer job and it truly gives you an opportunity to grow spiritually and professionally. I recommend this job to any college students.

Interview
The interview was largely informal. They asked us to show up in athletic clothes. We played games and did activities in teams and assessed us based on how they thought we would fit in. We broke off for 1-on-1 interviews where a member off the full-time staff would ask us more personal questions.
