After the initial screening they call you to schedule the first interview. Then you attend the first interview. Before the interview, you will have to do a test paper according to the position you have applied for. You will be doing this test paper on the same day of the first interview. If you're selected, then you'll be notified within a week of time and the second interview will be scheduled. If you're rejected, they will send you a feedback email. If you're shortlisted after the second interview too, you'll be called for the third interview. If you're shortlisted after the final interview, that means, you are selected for the job!
