I had a phone interview with the HR manager, which was the typical screening questions. She invited me for a in-person interview, where I interviewed with her again followed by another interview with a Director. Up until this point the process was quite smooth and enjoyable. The HR manager immediately called the same evening asking when I will be available for another interview. For this portion of the interview process, I interviewed with 3 people individually. I would say this was the worst interview experience I've had. The questions asked were not standard ones related to my past experience, or the role. It was very aggressive, and I felt they were looking for me to fail. It is kind of ironic because HR called to apologize and get my feedback on the staff's interviewing skills.
