I only go through the first stage but I would like to share this experience because a trick question had totally cut out my chance with company. The first stage is generally skype interview, mine is scheduled as 8pm to 11pm. Seen my reviews said that waited for 3 hours but no call. But I received call at about 0830pm and she did skype msg me before she call me to give me a healine. First she ask me to introduce myself. After that she ask me about my career plan. I mentioned to be a professional engineer in future and she asked being a professional engineer means you want to get an IR? and without doubt I said yes,absolutely, that will be my long term goal ( how stupid I am). And then this Q cut out my further chance cuz she said, then this job would be suitable for you cuz this job is more to deal with P&ID and will not get you an IR. =( and she reject me rightaway.
