Easy, laid back. They are very easy to talk to. They will tour you around the schools while asking you questions which takes pressure off of the situation. They as you the typical teaching questions but they care more about your personality.

Interview
Informal conversation with chief school administrator and vice principal, talking about previous teaching experiences and the vision for the school. Conversation was very relaxed and both interviewers were very friendly and welcoming.
