My interview was prior to Mitra's position in HR recruiting, so I met with the Community Manager for my first interview where I also interviewed with the Assistant Community Manager as well. Then I was moved on to meet with the District Manager and another property's Community Manager. Both interviews were easy going and I didn't feel overwhelmed by the questions.

The interview process was very smooth and the hiring team always reached out promptly. The questions were substantive and helped give an idea of the requirements for the job I was applying for.
