Interview
I had multiple rounds of interviews with one of their recruiters, Kara, that were fairly lengthly and went pretty well. She set me up with an interview with one of their clients, that also went well. I moved the next round. I thought it seemed to go fairly well, and at the end I thanked them for their time and showed my enthusiasm for the role.
Afterwards, I never got any update from Kara. Even after sending a respectful follow up email asking for an update, nothing. I even called recruiter the agency and spoke to her boss wondering what happened, she said she would have Kara get back to me. Never heard anything. I racked my brain to think of what might have gone wrong during the interview to deserve being ghosted. Couldn't think of anything. Was she bitter I didn't perform well enough to get an offer? IDK, but this kind of behavior is just despicable, especially at this stage of the interview and after building a relationship with your client.
I do not recommend working with this firm.

The interview came shortly after I applied (within the hour). I met with Katy. She went through a slideshow with me that “covered” the position. She seemed to be very thorough in her explanations.

Applied online and had a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview went well and I scheduled an in-person interview with the CEO. That interview was actually just an hour of being talked out of the job which I’ve learned is typical of interviews for recruiting positions. I was not asked anything about myself. At the end of the interview I was asked to call back for a phone interview the next day, but I could never get an answer or e-mail response. I’m not sure why they would waste their time and my time if they were not interested in me. All of the search executives are young girls which should’ve been my first red flag.
