I applied for this position through my University's job board. I heard back in about a week, or at least less than two weeks, to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was majorly about my experience, clarifying and expanding on information from my resume, and a little bit about what attributes I have that would make me a good fit in sales. A few days later I received an email to set up a time for an in-office interview. This interview had two parts. First parts was like any other interview where they ask you some questions, mostly behavioral ones. They seemed to get to the point because we did not play 20 questions, rather the questions seems pretty focused around the qualities they are looking for. The second part of the interview was a role-playing situation. My two interviews gave me a couple sheets worth of information about the company in bullet point format, as well as a guiding script for how one should handle phone calls. To clarify, you don't just read the script, they give you some time to familiarize yourself with everything and put together a little pitch. Once you are ready, you call your two interviewers, who are in a different room, and you give your little initial pitch. You will do this twice, one time they will act very interested in the services, and the other time they will act initially uninterested.
