The process took two weeks. The recruiter reached out for a phone screening on the same week I applied. The following week I was scheduled for an onsite to meet with the Art Resource Director, Chief Content Officer, and Senior Director of Design. All three interviewers were nice. However, I receive an awkward vibe and look from them (Maybe I forgot to put deodorant but I definitely got the feeling that they were judging me based the way I looked). 1:1 was pretty fast for a Senior Art Director position (30mins ea). Perhaps, It was the end of the day and they were rushing to get home (I totally understand). My onsite ended at 5pm. After the interview I sent a thank you message to the recruiter around 7pm. I received an email from the recruiter the following morning at 5:45am PST to see when I am available to speak. The recruiter called me at 10am to tell me that I did not get the position and did not provide any feedback as to why. I appreciate the rejection call. However, the time it took to make a decision is absolutely interesting. Seemed like it was a no hire when I walked inside their door. They probably posted the position strategically to promote within their company.
