I interviewed with 2 Deans and Vice Provost. The interview was average with specific questions to my field of study and experience. The interview was an hour. They made sure I had a chance to ask questions. Very flexible start date and good experience.

Met with the current and former Presidents. Rapid fire question and answer. Interviewers did not use resume as a reference. They winged it. This interview tactic was prohibitive to highlight special skills, past successes etc.
