Phone interview with Associate Director of Development. The whole organization seems to be going through a restructuring process. They are redefining roles and so they were hiring for various positions. Full-time as well as seasonal.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at California Shakespeare Theater (Berkeley, CA) in May 2013
Interview
There was an ad on craigslist. Sent in a resume and waited almost six months to hear back. Interviewed with 4 different people. The last interview was the managing director. Each interview was one on one, but in a series all in the same afternoon in person. Interview focused more on interpersonal relationship skills than technical or organizing skills.
