California Restaurant Assoc. interview questions

I found out about the job through a friend of mine who works at the CRA. Once I applied it took 1 week to have the first interview. The first interview was simple with only the hiring manager being present. The second interview took place 2 weeks later and then a background check was done. The background check took about 1 week and it was very thorough. It took just under a month from when I applied to getting the job offer.

Although a job I feel I was qualified for, this was a very frustrating process
