Interview
The interview process went rather quickly in my case, but it's because they were gearing up for the spring/summer season, so they were bringing on more folks at that time. I filled out my application and was scheduled for an interview the next day. I was interviewed by an floor manager and than the general manager. The floor manager did the lion's share of the interview process. The general manager did more clarification, testing the inter personnel as opposed to procedural skills. They were both friendlier than a lot of other restaurants I've applied to.

Interview
they ask about availability as it's important to be available on weekends and holidays, and summer for school out. they are lenient about experience, i went in with none. ask about strengths and weaknesses, if i remember correctly. it honestly varies with the person interviewing you.
