Initial online qualification examination along with required submission of statement of qualification, followed by in-person interview with a panel of 2+ personnel, followed by language proficiency exam (for bilingual position). All in all, not a quick process, and with LOTS of initial steps to follow. I believe all the steps are part of their seeing how well you can follow directions.

But I would recommend being very familiar with the statement of duties, and what you submitted on statement of qualification. Also being prepared to speak on past work experience and how you handled various work scenarios.
