Phone interview. Then in person. Very thorough. I felt like they took the time to really advise me of how long it takes to make a decent paycheck. That way I could make an informed decision.

Interview went well, seems like a nice professional people. But they never contacted me back. I tried to follow up by phone and email. No luck. Tried again 1 week later, same. I am taking back my comment about being "professional". Unfortunately. They could at least say, that they find someone else.
