Calian interview questions

Worst experience. The interviewer asked one question and basically made a decision based off your appearance. If he did not like you or feel like you were fit for the job from that one question, you were basically disqualified.

It was a very straight forward interviewing process. I was asked to confirm details provided on the resume, asked to further elaborating with guidance questions provided. Interview process included discussion on expected salary, with very transparent expectant ranges.
