Interview went well. I spoke with the recruiter, then the person who'd I'd report to, then the director of the department. All were well conducted and professional. The interviews were over the phone and though video.

HR reached out via email to set up a quick phone call then schedule a video call with director.
They claim on their website to be transparent about every step in the interview process but sadly I was ghosted after sending a thank you note to both people which was disappointing.
