I applied online, got a call back for a one on one interview, the interview lasted about 30 minutes. The whole process was very easy and definitely straight forward. Typical sales associate questions, and asked a lot of situational questions about my past experiences. Another important thing they were looking for was availability.

Applied online, came in for interview, was quick and short. Learned about the company. The manager was very nice and heard back the next day with an offer. Overall, it was not difficult at all and was excited to start.

SOHO Location: After I got called to come in for an interview, I searched this place for reviews and saw everyone's interview experience as well as former employee experience was terrible. I thought it was exaggerated until I got there and it happened to me. The manager was just plain rude and clearly didn't care about being professional. I got bad vibes reading reviews prior to my interview and worse vibes after I arrived at the place and left. I was debating on just skipping the interview since working for this company seemed like a bad idea after reading many reviews. But I decided to just go for experience. When I arrived for my interview, the manager told me to sit on the couch by the registers and wait for her to be done with something. When she finally came back to me, I thought I would be taken to a room to start the interview and not be interviewed in front of customers who were waiting to pay. During the middle of the interview while answering one of her questions, she just started talking to someone else which was completely RUDE. She did this about 2 times and even got up to do something. After leaving and never getting a call back from them, I was glad I never have to be in that environment again.
