Calbright College interview questions

Great process overall. They are meticulous about every step. Incredibly organized. For an institution, the questions seem pretty standard. It is a virtual interview and you have a panel alongside an EEO representative. The entire interview took about 1 hour.

This was an online interview over zoom with a panel. This single interview round was a little strange because the questions diverged a bit from the nature of the job based on the description. The description read like a high level individual contributor role. The interview focused on strategy and creative direction. The technical prep I did for the interview based on the job description never came up, and I had done very little prep for the higher level questions, as if they were interviewing for a creative director type position.
