Cal Farley's is looking for godly married couples that have children. They will interview you by phone initially then a face to face @ Boy's Ranch. If you make the cut there is a thorough background check.

How would you handle a situation where a teenage boy or girl curses you out?
Very easy after you receive first email, the next step is a spark hire interview then a zoom meeting interview. The zoom interview is less than 30 minutes. It pretty much is making sure you are fit to work with at risk children.
