Caffe Demetre interview questions

It’s good. They ask easy questions about ourselves. They just want to know about us and our personality. The questions are usually simple, like our name, where we are from, what we do, our hobbies, or our daily routine. They might also ask about our likes and dislikes, our strengths and weaknesses, and how we handle different situations.

My interviewer was friendly and polite and that was the overall tone of the interview. General questions that ask you about yourself and why you want to work here as well as if you had any previous dining/work experiences at demetres. Then they list four to five core values that the cafe has and what you think they mean / what they mean to you
