It was quite good. Interviewers are very accommodating especially during WFH setup. The technical and HR questions are align to their organization's culture as well as there are some technical questions that they initially ask general 1st before asking for more questions. Assigned technical interviewers are knowlegeable with the questions they ask
Great and smooth with a proper flow. but I've waited a long time after the Practical Exam. Practical Exam is a good thing but I got I think an average scrore.

First, you'll have a technical exam about OOP, SQL and logic. If you passed that, you'll have a technical interview about web technologies and SQL. If you passed the interview you'll receive a job offer.

you will take an exam first which covers oop concepts. you will then proceed to team lead interview if you pass the exam. the interview covers conceptual questions and a coding in a paper problem.
