Interview
He asked me about my previous job, why I wanted to work there, three things I'm looking for in a job. Then he told me that Cafe Zupas has three things they look for in employees: smile, communication, and one other thing. He asked me why each of these things are important to me to see if it aligned with what the company was looking for. After each answer, he explained what the company was looking for. He also mentioned during the interview that the company is very selective of who they hire.

They were both kind and direct in their approach, which significantly alleviated my concerns and put me completely at ease. Their demeanor and the professional atmosphere they cultivated during our interaction have left me with a positive impression, and I am genuinely looking forward to the possibility of working with them in the future.
