Got a call from hiring manager, we worked together in his ex-company. Met him in person, offered the job and directed me to continue the process through HR. Had a call from HR to arrange two phone technical interviews, made a good impression, was invite to onsite interview with HR and site manager. Interview went good but site manager didn't like the previous salary history (to high for him to afford). Received an offer a week later (50% less than my current pay) negotiated, never heard back till I contacted HR 1 week later, they can't afford my payement so they didn't contact me, HOW RUDE!
