Interview
I had two interviews, the second of which was relatively standard. The first interview, on the other hand, was unprofessional. The individuals seemed uninterested in talking to me, often going off on unrelated tangents with each other while I sat there with nothing to do. My time was not respected, and it was clear they had no interest in learning more about my skills. I did not receive an offer, but I would not have accepted it even if I did.

Interview
I had to do three separate interviews over the course of three days. You have to provide three references and a background check. Expect the owner to ask plenty of questions that would normally be labeled politically incorrect. They're big on collecting data, so if you have analytics experience you should be fine.
