I applied through a job portal and received an email that had link to an online English language test. This test had around 10 questions. After that, I got an email that I cleared the test and was provided with an editing test. I edited the test and sent the next day. I got an email saying I did not meet their benchmark the very next day. Now, I have known a lot of people who have applied to Cactus and none of them got their feedback so soon. Everyone had to wait at least a week to get a response from them. Not even a day had passed and they reviewed my test. I had my test reviewed by a few other editors and they said I did well on it. I don't believe that Cactus team even looked at it and I have my doubts about the duplicity of the whole process.

There were rounds of talks with managers and team leads. Threre were also then two rounds of editing exercises, which were then discussed in detail in the next round. There was a passage provided that you had to edit according to criteria given and then you send it in prior to the interviews.
