Waited for 30 mins and then very young women came to interview me. Didn't really know what she was doing or asking neither. 10 mins and 5 questions later she said no one else was there to interview me so they would call back the next day. Never did!
They have a weird process where you go through many levels of interviews and I feel like they just hire you if you’re hot so idk if I would really recommend that atmosphere

Interview
There was a video interview then a in-store interview where you met the hiring manager and they asked you a series of questions related to your experience and who you are.
Very formal, standard questions like why the company should have you, describe a difficult time you overcame. Interview was scripted and done by a manager, followed by a general manager.
