They ask if you are comfortable talking to people that you don't know and how feel about using multiple programs at the same time.
You then go and listen to some calls as they happen. After a bit, you're asked if that is something that you feel like you can do.

I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cabela's (Olde West Chester, OH) in May 2015

Brief. Almost a wast of time. Asked questions about previous experience and why I chose West Chester to work. A horrible interview. The person doing the interview did not seem like they were prepared to do it. I have been on many interviews in the past and this was the worst one ever.
