Application Screening
HR/Recruiter reviews your CV, cover letter, and sometimes a written statement of purpose.
They check whether you meet the eligibility criteria (education, years of experience, technical skills).
2. Initial HR/Screening Interview
Short call (20–30 minutes).
Focus: Your background, motivation for applying, basic fit for the role.
Common questions: “Tell me about yourself,” “Why this organization?” “Walk me through your CV.”
3. Technical/Written Round
You may be asked to complete:
A case study (policy note, data analysis, trade/finance problem).
A data task (Excel, Tableau, or R exercise).
A short essay or memo on a policy issue.
Purpose: Test analytical ability, clarity of writing, and familiarity with databases/tools

Interview
Three rounds of interview and should be strong in basics. Coding and face to face with the manager and then with HR .
Be strong in python basics , some front end technology.
