I talked to the hiring manager in November, applied in December and first got automatic rejection in late December which was a mistake at that time.
Then a recruiter reached out to me in early Jan and I had first round of interview which was a sql and python (pandas).
I again got automatic rejection from workday which I find a little disrespectful considering that the recruiter told me she will talk to me after this round. It could have been an email from her instead of automatic workday Friday night rejection.
It was 4 coding questions and I was able to solve them all, but I got a feedback later that my coding interview was not satisfactory. I would have asked for more detailed feedback but I didn't get a very good vibe and didn't care as much to ask.
