Had a panel interview setup three times. No one ever jumped on the first two calls and the third was scheduled last minute and didnt have an option to reschedule since I was on vacation. Interview went fine but it was conducted by peers in neighboring markets which was slightly odd. No follow up from anyone, and about 6-7 weeks later got a note that I was not selected.
