Had a brief phone screen, an interview with the hiring manager (who seemed distracted), a second round interview with some of the team members and a very short third round interview with the hiring manager's supervisor. Asked several questions of the hiring team and recruiter, many of them were dodged or not answered. The team members' and hiring manager's description of the role also varied from the job posting. Then was asked in July to apply to a new posting because so much time had passed. Shortly after applying to the new posting, received a phone call with a verbal offer from the recruiter and requested a written formal. Formal offer differed and was significantly less from the verbal offer and was presented by a different recruiter. The experience was nothing but kicking the can and fumbling things constantly on their part.
