The screening call with HR was pleasant and informative. We moved quickly to an interview with the hiring manager. There were some technical difficulties (this is not unusual with Microsoft Teams when working outside one's environment, and not anyone's fault) but the interview was courteous, professional and informative. The hiring manager asked great questions and provided good feedback when I asked questions in return. I was told there may be a third interview, but I was a clear, good fit and it wasn't needed. I was hired directly after the interview with the hiring manager. After that interview HR extended an offer, answered any questions I might have, initiated the background check, and I was hired quickly. This was a VERY pleasant and painless process. I have been doing interviews for 6+ months and other companies ask for samples, 3-6 interviews, and numerous other extraneous steps. I am grateful Aetna/CVS is much more aware of my time and prepared to make every interview streamlined and focused on what matters: a good fit for both me and the company.
