Applied online, got a call a couple days later. Went in for the interview, it lasted long but mostly due to just having a conversation with the manager. Had a call back the next day with the job offer.

Explained lots of company information in half hour interview. More about mission, company philosophy etc. Had an interview guideline booklet to give info from. Got back to me within 2 days with an offer.
