They had specific questions to ask directly, regarding aspects of the position they were inquiring about. Interviews were online and the position was remote. It was informal even though it was for a senior-level position and everyone was very friendly, happy to clarify any questions.

A question asked was similar to, "How would you improve the security of disparate data assets?" They asked about certain scenarios where you leveraged your problem solving skills.

Excellent and pertinent to the requirements of the job where you were asked about you, your previous project and how you implemented it. That included why didn't you choose to use a specific technology - provide reason.
