The hiring proccess is pretty easy and not stressful at all the district manager that conducted my interview process was very nice and not intimidating. He was very kind and worked with my previous employers work schedule to accomidate an interview for me. The interview was a one on one interview with informal questions like what experiance do you have relaited to this position have you managed in retail before have you managed with people directly with personal interaction. Very basic expected questions for a interview. Again every interview is conducted by a district manager to hire an assistant and they dont go by a print out infront of them of what questions to ask so what i say may not relate to what you may be asked

I made it far into the interview process. I was ready to make the leap to start training and had verbally agreed to training and the salary. I was given the news that I was not chosen for the training position because they decided to hire someone with more recent retail experience. My experience was not as recent because I pursued a college degree and was unable to work during that time. Also, I was not chosen because I was not Bilingual, although it wasn't a requirement it was strongly preferred.
