Applied online a couple of times because the application expired after 90 days. Finally got a call from the PIC (pharmacist in charge), and we set up a one on one interview for a couple days later. We sat in the manager's office and talked about my career goals and experience.

The interview process was quite easy, good, direct, straightforward and informative. The interviewer was also very respectful and asked appropriate questions. It did not take a very long time. I was satisfied with it
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2021

Did not hear from them until about a month after I applied. Had an interview the day they called and requested one, and then I started working about a week later.

The feel of the interview really depends on the pharmacy manager who is interviewing you. For me it was not intimidating and she made me feel comfortable. Quick interview with just a few basic questions.
