The interview is pretty easy, you just need to be eligible to work in USA. They asked a bit about your background, communication skills, and some problem solving skills. Just be yourself and be confident. It is pretty easy.

My interview experience at CVS Health was straightforward and professional. After applying online, I received a call from the store/recruiter for a brief screening about my availability and experience. This was followed by a short interview with the hiring manager, where they asked mostly behavioral questions focused on customer service, handling busy situations, teamwork, and why I wanted to work at CVS. The interview lasted about 20–30 minutes, was conversational, and scenario-based. After that, I was informed about the next steps, which included the background check and drug screening before the offer.

Took them about 2 months to call me in for an interview. Was offered the job the next day. Had to do a drug screening and background check. Once this is done you will have a four hour orientation and then start online modules and OTJ traning
