Interview
The interview starts with a phone screen then if you make the cut you get an all virtual invite to participate in a video interview where you answer a select # of written and video questions. My third and final interview was a Webex video interview with the hiring managers in this group. This was a very easy and enjoyable experience which provided the opportunity for everyone to interact and show their personality. CVS Health has a great culture and has an excellent interview process.

Tell us about a situation where your manager asked you to stop what you were doing to focus on a new priority. How did you handle it and provide specific examples you have.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult call
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions

Interview
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
