I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Nashville, TN) in Sept 2009
Interview
The process was a typical behavioral based interview. The process is quick. If you are going to receive an offer you will typically know during your face to face interview. The process includes a initial phone interview, from there if you are qualified you will receive a face to face interview. You may be hired during your face to face interview, or you may be required to do a second interview, it varies by location
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no unexpected questions. If you have ever interviewed for a call center you will not be faced with unexpected questions. If you would like additional help you should Google "Call Center Interview Questions." The interview is behavioral based.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to handle a difficult call
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Richmond, VA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
