was interviewed by a nice enough young man who was obviously over his head in that position. all aspects of the job, environment, personnel, etc., was a distant second place in the obvious 2 horse race in the mid-west for retail dominance in pharmacy.

What would it take to overcome Walgreen's as the best retail pharmacy?
My phone interview experience with CVS was remarkably smooth and straightforward. From the moment we connected, I felt at ease, largely due to the friendly and welcoming demeanor of the district manager on the other end of the line.
Basically just one interview with the district leader. This is contingent on the fact that you have to pass the online test. If you don't pass it then you won't get hired regardless of the interview.

The district manager was very easy to interview with. She is someone I would enjoy working for. The positions she had open were too far for me to drive on a daily basis.
