I applied online to various intro level openings. I got a call from a store manager asking me to come in and interview. The interview lasted maybe about a half an hour. The manager told me that I interviewed well and that I would likely here back within the week. The manager implied that I would be hired (I was).

Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
