I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health
Interview
fill an app on the website, wait, call, get told whether or not it's in the system (if not, more waiting). Call for interview, get scheduled, go in, get interviewed, get drug test, go there and do it, bring results back, get scheduled for orientation, pass background test, fill out paperwork, get hours.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"What was your worst customer experience and how did you handle it" - unexpected but easily answered if you already have experience. if you don't, you'll have to spin a positive answer explaining such.
Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!
I applied in-person. I interviewed at CVS Health (Philadelphia, PA)

Question 1
how would you handle if a customer isn’t satisfied?
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
