Interview
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. Phone interview with recruiter 1st. Then a Senior project manager from CVS health phone interviewed me. Three days later, they informed me to have a face to face interview with the project leadership team. Two days later, I received an offer. The process seemed to be fairly easy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Typical project management questions. I.e how do you handle conflict of interest? how do you communicate a risk/mitigation plan to the leadership team? what is your experience with processes of PMO? what specific project management tools I used?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CVS Health in Feb 2025
Interview
HR Phone screen and 1/2 hour zoom call with the hiring manager. HM Call was just "walk me through your resume". No pointed questions asked. Half hour went by in a blink. Apparently 27 years in IT isn't enough experience. *shrug*
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (New York, NY) in Jan 2025
Interview
Everyone was nice during interviews but their questions were reflective of a very tight knit environment that is not ethnically/culturally diverse or even open to diversity. It was not a very good feeling. The interview questions were on point and nothing too complex but from my interviewers reactions to the answers I provided, CVE does not appear to be too tech savvy, especially in their clinical trials SBU.

Question 1
Give me an example of a problem you encountered and how did you solve it?
3 rounds and no cases but lots of behavioral questions and some technical questions. Moves a bit slow but expect to get through 1-2 initial interviews quickly. Final interview for me was a bit delayed but we got there.
