Based on this phone interview, this is not a company that believes in work life balance at all. If that is truly how their scheduling is done, I don't know how they have any employees at all.
A piece of advice to CVS and affiliates: Scheduling flexibility has to be give and take. If you just take, you're going to see high turnover.

Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
