Interview
Telephonic interview for first round, they asked spring related questions and rest concepts. Questions were based on IOC, dependency injection, bean and its scope, etc. They were mostly looking someone strong in Spring rest implementaions
it was communication assessment
which mainly focused upon the reading and speaking ability which is why it is called as communication assessment, and it was good , easy for someone who is efficient communicator.

Interview process was very much simple and straight.
one telephonic interview with knowledge architect for 1 hour. Very much expected questions related to experience.
Then background check and joining process that lasts around 1-2 weeks
