Initially I had a very good opinion about Cognizant company . But after my interview experience i dont know how to describe the worst experience I faced here . I had been scheduled for an interview on one Saturday and it is at Hyderabad location . Already working in MNC and also holding an offer with another MNC company and having 4 yers work exeperience , I went for this company interview and I got qualified in 1st round and it went all fine. There comes 2nd round of interview where the panel members behaved so cheap. Actually there should be only one memeber in the panel as per how they are scheduling on that day. But unknowningly it happened in odc area and so 2-3 people came together along with interviewer .I had been given witha coding question and mean while these people are soo unprofessional , speaking in local language and commenting about others who came for the interview in a bad manner.They are commenting in front of me only . Listining all those I couldnt even concentrate on my code which i want to write. This is so unprofeesional that they had speaken about a guy who came to seeak a open position in their company. It happened with me as well... First Iam asked with a question and I tried answering it in my own way with examples and that person interviewing said to me like this "In our company here we will not do it in that way " I was suprised what do he mean by " in our company" rather he can let it go in another way or he can even tell me that my answer is wrong. I felt bad that moment and it made to loose my confidence.
