CTF Illinois interview questions

It's a one-on-one interview, so it's more personal, easy going, and relaxing. You're asked about yourself, what you like to do on your free time, goals in life, are you in school, are you working…etc.

I applied online and was called within a week or so to schedule an in person interview with human resources. Probably a week after that interview, I received a second phone call to schedule an in person interview and facility tour with a site supervisor. The whole thing was fairly quick. Interview questions were common sense. Crisis management and being able to remain logical and calm in stressful situations are a plus.
