It’s all online. You record yourself answering couple questions and that’s it. Minimal human interaction. I believe it was only 5 questions or so and you have a time limit to answer

Interview
The hiring process takes a while. Expect to be at the interview for at least a couple hours. You will be required to take a basic mechanical test. Once everyone is done they will let you know who should stay. You then will have a face to face interview with a recruiter and the local train master. once that is done you are free to go they will send you a email letting you know one way or the other. If you get the job it will a n email with the next steps which is an urinalysis and physical. After you pass that you will get an email explaining to you when your school will start. A recruiter will be calling you to let you know what to expect.

The interview was online, and only involved recording video answers to what you would do in specific scenarios, or times in the past when you worked safely. Things along those lines.

it was simple and fast. they ask you straight forward questions. each question pertains to the job and how you would handle it. they are just making sure you are serious about the job.
